3400.16 Barry Co. FR 2190 Wingwalls

Contractor was finishing up Rip Rap when I arrived, looked over site. Had him put more Rip Rap in places and work on shoulder of roadway. Also ask him to grout the walls where there was some honeycombing.

 Contractor was finishing up Forms when I arrived onsite. Concrete arrived at 9, I tested the concrete: Slump 4", Air 6%, Temp 64°. I made three cylinders Started wall 2 Finished both pours at around 11. Both pours went good, Made cylinders for both walls
